Run with the Kite!

Since last month, I was engrossed in improving my English reading and developing English speaking habit. Various methods are devised by people, the most basic and efficient one is to read novels (for speaking: add 'loudly'). This serves as a two way sword; you read and doesn't fatigue. Well, the content has to be intriguing. I read an article about Jeffrey Archer and his upcoming novel 'A Prisoner of Birth'. I completed reading it and wanted to continue.

On suggestion of one of my friend's friend, I bought Khalid Hosseini's 'The Kite Runner'. This was the best choice I had made till date. I could empathize with the pain inflicted on millions of people in Afghanistan. But this was the background over which the real story prospered. There were two protagonists, one was just like me and 'U'; the other one was incredibly loyal. The story depicts how a man down with a vice of cowardice, overcomes this trait to redeem himself in the omnipresent eyes of the 'other one'. Yes, the 'other one' was dead before the 'one' could even express his guilt.

Read it if you prefer genuine reading stuff.
