Of Indian Government and associated jobs !

Its a dream come true if one cracks Civil Services, ES or even prestigious Public Sector Undertakings. But, candidly speaking, people vie for these jobs to realise perks and benefits associated with them. Little or no work due to various bottlenecks is an icing on the cake. There is a question mark on the selection procedure too! I presume that there is no bias in the candidate selection, I am talking about the abundant time they require to come to a decision! One can say the grapes are sour, because I failed in two interviews. But the truth is omnipresent ! Sometimes I wonder whether a survey regarding the lethargic mindset of Indians is practically true!
